Avalanche Skills Training Course 2015

AST 2 course will be held in the Lake Louise / Roger’s Pass area, 7 to 10 March 2015. Cost is $230, travel and accommodation not included. Prerequisites include the AST 1 course (preferably within the last 5 years) and hopefully, some ski touring since then. Contact Ken Lukawy ([email protected]) for information.

There will be one AST 1 course, at Lake Louise, 28 February / 01 March 2015. Cost is $70, which will include lift tickets.

A Companion Rescue Skills course is planned for Mt. Norquay, 24 January. Note that this date may change. Cost is $40. There is no prerequisite for this course as we are planning to run it for people that have not taken an AST 1 before. If you have taken an AST 1 previously and feel your rescue skills are rusty, this course is also for you.
